Here's a pretty bad snapshot of my setup, but it gives a general idea. [link] The dive light is out of frame to the upper left (the halogen is basically pointing directly at it.) Cheap, simple setup that works decently.
1 Mosquito Repellent Coil; used for smoke.
1 100w 1500lumen halogen bulb w/aluminum snoot - right side.
1 divers spotlight; 250lumen Xenon bulb - 45d down, upper left.
